I have been the Academic Leader of ECE programmes at Te Rito Maioha for 10 years. This includes our B. Tch (ECE), the largest ITE programme in Aotearoa, along with our successful Grad Dip (ECE), and three level 5 (ECE) diploma programmes (Home Based, Montessori and Pasifika)

In terms of the National Industry Advisory Group, I have been in the tertiary sector for over 30 years, and have considerable experience in leadership, programme development and management and financial oversight.

What I would like to see come out of the National Industry Advisory Group is advocacy and a collective voice for the ECE sector.
