Toitū te Waiora is seeking feedback on a proposed new qualification: the New Zealand Certificate in Community Housing (Tenancy Management).
This qualification is designed to meet the growing needs of the community housing sector by equipping workers with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to establish and manage tenancies, and to provide holistic support that enables tenants to sustain their housing.
Developed in collaboration with Community Housing Aotearoa and supported by sector stakeholders, this qualification reflects current best practice and the aspirations of the sector.
