Proposed review of 12 Hearing Therapy unit standards

Toitū te Waiora reviewed the New Zealand Diploma in Hearing Therapy (Level 6) [Ref: 2859] in the fourth quarter of 2023, and Version 3 of the qualification was published by NZQA in February 2024. This is a nationally recognised qualification, vital in training professionals for the hearing therapy workforce.

Toitū te Waiora subsequently reviewed 12 Hearing Therapy unit standards to ensure they remain fit-for-purpose and continue to meet the needs of the hearing therapy sector. These are:
