Workforce Development Plan
This Workforce Development Plan is a living document, that will be changing and evolving as industry needs change and evolve. It is a preliminary document, with a schedule of individual workforce development plans to be released in 2023. Our industries have faced many changes over recent years and will continue to do so, so our focus in 2023 and beyond will be on working closely with each of them to ensure that their own workforce development plans will be reflective of their present and future needs. Keep an eye out for the 2023 schedule. If you'd like to connect with us about the plan for your sector, please let us know at
