Wayne Glen is the Industry Engagement Lead (Māori) in the Partnership and Engagement team. He is of Ngāti Porou and Ngāti Raukawa descent, and is based in Pōneke, Wellington. Wayne has been working in vocational education for over 10 years, previously working as Kaiwhakahaere Māori at Open Polytechnic and then Kaitautoko in the Partnerships and Equity team at Te Pūkenga head office before joining Toitū te Waiora. Wayne joined Toitū te Waiora in October 2022 and continues to contribute to a much stronger voice for pākihi Māori and iwi development.
