National Consultation: Proposed Health and Wellbeing Core Skill Standards

Toitū te Waiora is undertaking national consultation on draft Health and Wellbeing core Skill Standards following on from the 2024 Health and Wellbeing qualifications review.

These standards have been developed in collaboration with subject matter experts from across the sector and are designed to be transferable across roles and environments within the Health and Wellbeing sector.

This marks the first phase of skill standard development in the health and wellbeing space. Future phases will focus on the development of skill standards designed for specific health and wellbeing roles and settings.
